Alport Castles / Fairholme - 14KM 

Get yourselves out and join in our monthly hike in the stunning Peak District and enjoy Alport Castles and the surrounding area.

Distance: 14km (8.7 miles)

Difficulty: Moderate, may include some difficult terrain so ensure you are correctly prepared.
 

Meeting Point: Fairholmes Car Park - S33 0AQ

Time: 10 AM

Essentials: Bring water, snacks, money for parking.

May be Icy/Snowy conditions if cold, prepare with decent waterproof walking boots and bring warm clothes and a hat for the high parts as can be exposed and windy.

Please also make yourself familiar with the route and ensure you bring a mobile phone with back up battery.

Facilities: Toilets and refreshments available at the start.

Difficulty: Moderate

Join us for our next "Doggy Walk and Get Together"

Don't worry a dog is not required, just turn up and meet for a morning stroll in the beautiful fresh air. All new and old friends welcome.

 

Distance: 10km (6 miles) or 5km (3 miles)

Difficulty: Easy / Relaxed

Meeting Point: Mulberry Tree Cafe, Strelley Hall, Main Street, Strelley, Nottingham, NG8 6PE

Time: 10 AM

Essentials: Bring water, snacks, money for parking and some sunscreen and a cap if it's gonna be a hot one.

Also bring pooch a little water if you think he/she will need it.

DOVESTONE CIRCULAR - WALK COMPLETE

Join us for an epic adventure along this scenic route that features the reservoir and the renowned Dovestone Pinnacles!

 

While AllTrails rates this route as ‘HARD,’ we prefer to call it moderate with a touch of challenge. Either way, you’re in for a fantastic experience with some scrambling, breathtaking views, and of course, excellent company!
